Service Description

Unwind from your day with Sunset yoga, designed to acclimate your body and soul to the setting sun. This 1 hour yoga class encourages a slower pace but thorough yoga experience incorporating vinyasa flow to open the body after a busy day. Terms and Conditions Please bring your own yoga mat to the session. The class takes place in the Peak District. The location may vary depending on the weather. The location will be emailed to you on booking. Please message me before booking if you need further information on where the class will take place. My Tribe sunset yoga is an outdoor class. If the class has to be cancelled due to bad weather you can either attend the class the following week or we will offer a refund. You will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire before the session and sign to confirm you are taking part in outdoor activity at your own risk
